 449 called down at 1050 saying his TV wasn't working but wasn't worried about it tonight. He would like maintenance to take a look in the morning. If he's not in the room they can still go in 

had an issue with homeless kid trying to "rent" a room kept saying her owned it already. he eventually left quietly.

opera is double booking reservations for some reason so watch the oxy carefully. 

SOU basketball guests are getting charged for just tax so i did not check anyone out or give receipts it needs to be fixed

had complaints on the LACK OF CLEANLINESS of rooms everything from food crumbs in the sheets and hair in the tub to garbage left in room.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
