Brennon I forgot the room number I called u about for the booking res that was the wrong rate but I remember it was 1 night 167 something before tax and 182 after but we were charging her 191 after tax. I did adjust the rate but I must of wrote down the room number wrong. Sorry super busy.

Also 251 should be checked in not sure what happened when I checked them in but the card got removed. I contacted the guest and he said it was pending on his card so didn't want to get double charged. He did show me his bank acct where it was a pending transaction but no clue as to what I did.

Sorry if there is a bunch of mistakes today it was super nuts today.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
