SEVERAL LATE ARRIVALS TONIGHT SO DONT RUN AUDIT TELL CLOSER TO 2AM 

411 thought she was going to be in a double QQ not a king. I apologized and offered a rollaway to be add to the room. She would like to move to a QQ tomorrow if possible.

413 also wanted a QQ room was able to get them a rollaway but they may want to change rooms tomorrow

215 B2B reservations

449 called down at 1050 saying his TV wasn't working but wasn't worried about it tonight. He would like maintenance to take a look in the morning. If he's not in the room they can still go in

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
