211 12pm check out. Also Brennan can u please enroll them into IHG I forgot at check in and I couldn't figure out how to do it after they were checked in. Thank u

The banquet storage room is unlocked. I asked Lucky to see if he had a key to lock it and he didn't so if someone could find the key and get it locked that would be awesome

327 came down around 11 saying that the room above her had lots of jumping dogs in the room and asked to move. She was very rude and when I went up to 427 and made contact with that guest they informed me that the guest in 327 had came and pounded on the door and covered the peep hole so they couldn't see who it was.  So moved 327 to 444

I went to 427 and when the guest opened the door there were 3 minor children in the hotel. The oldest being 15. Informed the girl that we did need a parent in the room with the children. I tried to call the number that was on the reservation but no answer so left a message informing them that they needed to return to the hotel but they didn't answer

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
