 B2B reservations for tomorrow 234, 235, 330, 335 & 348. The reservation for Tuesday is on a CC auth full pay so I went ahead and made the guest keys for 2 days. So they just need checked out and back in 

Rm 230 has a different vehicle in the parking lot tonight only. GMC Canyon 095 HBK

302 was supposed to be a DB to the department of corrections. I'm couldn't get it to let me change or even add the DB acct. April can u please fix this-- Fixed AJ

Had to put a dog in 238 guest had to have a roll in shower and has service animals I did advise them that if there were any damages they were liable.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
