 228 came in early to check in but his room wasn't ready but he wanted me to do the check in process. He's all checked in just needs his keys that are in the drawer

Make sure when your checking rooms out to look at the actual charges that are being charged. The Country Supplier Group is supposed to be posted to the PM room 9019 but for some reason some of the taxes are staying in the reservation so make sure to transfer the transaction and not charge the card that's on file for only 4 bucks. Lets avoid multiple charges for 1 card. Slow down and pay attention please

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
