One breakfast voucher was missing a attached receipt in Alondra;s Hernandez restaurant stack.     

Guest in 419 requested a late c/o at 12 pm her flight was canceled. If anyone is  looking for the baggage holder she may have it.

Guest in 409 stated he was told he could pick up his breakfast voucher today, I checked his reservation and the rate code is IVANI until the 28th.I did relay that it didn't appear that his stay came with breakfast but he was adamant. I was told in the past rather than argue with the guest to give them a voucher and management will figure it out later. Can someone please look into this as I'll be here tomorrow morning if he requests another one. Thanks    I (Cynthia) was the one to check the guest in and I did explain to him that he did not add breakfast to his reservation and that since he was only a club member that he did not get the amenity choice at check in. He thought he got breakfast because his co-worker who is also staying here is a diamond member and choice breakfast for his amenity at check in. I apologized and told him he could still purchase it at the restaurant 

Incoming quest Cynthia Helen Gwynn has multiple rooms reserved for tonight she was calling due to their flights being delayed plan to be here anywhere between 12 am yo 3 am. Stated its okay to check the rooms in if not here in time for audit.
