 428 called down with a complaint about house keeping. He stated the entered his room and took all the towels but didn't return any or leave any soap, shampoo and etc. He stated he is good for tonight but he would like his room to be restocked tomorrow.

Wasn't able to charge Douglas Jordan for a no show. The card on file failed and there was no history of any other payment form. 

217 needs a pet fee attached to their stay. I forgot the price if its $25 or $20.

There's a stack key cards in the back that wouldn't program. the key card machine kept rejecting the cards.

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
