Tia Audit 2 / 27 / 24

 Opera and the server crashed early this morning. I called Opera support tech and they were able to get the system back working at 6:44 am.

Guest in room 409 would like to extend their stay until Saturday morning. I was unable to do so or see if there's any availability due to the  system being down.    

Guest in 325 would like her rewards points transferred to her personal account if possible. She stated She employer originally reserved the room but did not send over the Direct payment information and she had to pay for the trip and would the points if possible. I told her I wasn't sure if that was possible but I'd look into it.
