1. Susan Robinette Room 307 would like to speak to Taslima regarding being inconvenienced and confused as to why she has to be checked out in the system and re-checked back in (B2B) and receive another key card for her stay until Friday. Stated stated this was not communicated with her at check in. She is accompanied by rooms 305 & 309. Threatened to stay else where on her next business trip as she had the same problem her pervious stay. She's with Head Start (541) - 889 - 2393
2. Guest in Rm 238 was upset that he couldn't extend his stay until 2 / 14 / 24. As well as guest in room 328 stated he previously stated here for a month and booked his reservation online. I apologized for the unconvince and explained that the system accidentally allowed for the room to be overbooked.
3. 237 Came down to check out as a (B2B) however his reservation wasn't set up that way I explained that his reservation was honored until the 9th but he insisted I make him new key cards as he stated Someone told him he had to receive new cards. I obliged but did not check him out.
