I had a guest call and book under the Grand Lodge of Oregon group and thought they were supposed to be paying for it but the reservation says all charges covered. Alex can u please reach out to Tiffany and verify if the guest is paying or if all charges are covered. Can u also please call the guest Pattee McConnell back at 541 771 5315 and let her know if she needs to put her cc down or if its being paid for. Thanks. She already has a reservation

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
