April, B-Shift, 3/30/24

 *Rm 333 is in "Clean" status, James tried shampooing some spots, they are not coming up. Please check with Brian and Shawn on what they want to do.

*Moved rm 310 to 418, said ac units and whatnot were too noisy.

*I allowed rm 328 to park under the canopy, people were eyeing the bag and they are a Platinum member.

*If rm 228 needs to redeem any food vouchers, you can wait until I come in if you have any issues. He told me there has been issues before. I advised him I would make sure it's taken care of and then email hm a resources.

*Rm 409 12pm ck out.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Brennon 03/15/25 A shift

 Someone Ill come and pick up a pillow that was left in room 311. The guest said it will most likely be his friend. it is in the storage closet.  All rise volleyball reservations comes with breakfast vouchers. they also have a meeting in the steakhouse from 4pm-7pm  Branden will be back to pick up his headphones at 4pm it is on the back shelf
