ATTENTION APRIL BRENNEN or anyone who can fix this billing issue


1) billing issue that i could not figure out and had to do a cash payment to be able to run my Audit. i tried reaching out to anyone but got no response and figured it was better to have to go back and fix it then not run audit i left the receipts and information about the issue with Alex as well as put a copy of it on the back computer for April or Brennen



2) a guy was seen by restaurant staff member leaving with a pillow off the couch. The incident took place around 6am i am assuming the man was homeless but i did not see him.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Alex B-shift 06/19/24

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
