303 would like full service on Sunday

The guest that is in 329 came down and complained about the guest that were in 429 the previous night and was very upset that even though she had called the front desk nothing was done about it. She would like come kind of compensation for this 

REMEMBER THAT ALL GUEST MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD AT CHECK IN OR A CREDIT CARD AUTH FORM. 

ALSO PLEASE CLEAN YOUR STUFF OUT OF THE FRIDGE HAD ANTS IN IT TODAY SO GONNA HAVE MARIN SPARY IT

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
