Do not rent 229 has a funky smell

 I spoke wit Caileen from Fox World Travel who books all the Ashley Furniture's room and they were confused about the credit card auth form. I verified the number we had on the auth form was the same as in the reservations and told her that since I had spoken directly to her I would just use that one and update the reservations

Had a guest in 348 had issues with connecting her MacBook pro to the internet tried everything I knew to help and still wouldn't work so I suggested trying to call the number that is on the link that pops up for the password and they told her to contact the front desk. So not sure how that really is customer support 

Brian Lewis staying in 448 and checked out 2/29 believes he might of left his debit card in the room. Can u have shawn look please and if so please call the guest at 908 884 0409

Eric Wegmet checked out of 431 today and believes he left a purple pocket knife in the room if found please call 707 601 6207

April look at 210 Kris changed it to a 0 night when it was a 2 night - Fixed AJ

Aarti - Audit shift - 11/27/24

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Brennon 03/15/25 A shift

 Someone Ill come and pick up a pillow that was left in room 311. The guest said it will most likely be his friend. it is in the storage closet.  All rise volleyball reservations comes with breakfast vouchers. they also have a meeting in the steakhouse from 4pm-7pm  Branden will be back to pick up his headphones at 4pm it is on the back shelf
