Kris Night Audit 02-10-24

Reg Cards do get pulled and put in the audit file for the night. However i do not pull cards of guests staying longer. i figured its a good plan to keep them with the registered guests and to file them on the day they check out instead of down the road if anything comes up not know exactly on what day to have to search for the card. anyway i will get clarification from Taz. Seems there are a lot of different ideas on several things and how they are to be preformed. 


301 has not had turn down service at all and requests that house keeping clean her room daily 


Ran Housekeep report with the stayover and not reserved printed on the report per management.


When taking deposits can you please set the routing correctly by opening the 2nd window. when i see the deposit has been taken i assume that the rest of that function is done as well and find when i run my folios that i have to go back in and open the window and transfer the deposit. Please and thank you.

Aarti - Audit shift - 11/27/24

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Brennon 03/15/25 A shift

 Someone Ill come and pick up a pillow that was left in room 311. The guest said it will most likely be his friend. it is in the storage closet.  All rise volleyball reservations comes with breakfast vouchers. they also have a meeting in the steakhouse from 4pm-7pm  Branden will be back to pick up his headphones at 4pm it is on the back shelf
