Tia - Audit 3 / 17 / 24

 Someone by the name Feora is trying to get into contact with guest in room 206. I tried to give the room a call but did not get a response. Feora left her phone number 971 - 453 - 3437 and asked that it be passed along and requested a call back from the guest.

How do you transfer calls???

After logging into my account I am unable to log into the key card maker. Luckily Cynthis didn't log out and I was able to use opera under her account but logged into opera under my name.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there.  Someone Ill come and pick up a pillow that was left in room 311. The guest said it will most likely be his friend. it is in the storage closet.  All rise volleyball reservations comes with breakfast vouchers. they also have a meeting in the steakhouse from 4pm-7pm  Branden will be back to pick up his headphones at 4pm it is on the back shelf
