April, B-Shift, 4/1/24

*Rm427, Christopher has a pass code to get a key remade if needed, doesn't have an ID.

*Reservations for 7 rooms Karen Bones on the 12th, people will be calling to put their individual names and cc on reservations.

*Rm 322, didn't like it, moved to 433, put in clean status.

*Rm 249 is an un used clean room.

*Rm 431 is a Platinum member. He booked with breakfast, 2 adults and 1 child. I explained that only covers the two adults, but he argued with me that no he booked for all 3 of them, and he always does this and it is always honored all all the Holiday Inns he stays at. I ended up giving him the voucher and a kids voucher. I let Daisy know about it as well.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
