Room 217 has the Scooter down here, it could not fit in the room. They are checking out in the morning.

Got a scam call at 9:45 asking for access to my Opera. He said he was with IHG. He said we needed to complete an update on our new computers. I told him our computers were not new and that I had not been aware of an update. He insisted I provide an email to send me information about the update and steps to take. I asked him what my property code is and he told me "I will call back later", then he hung up.  NO UPDATES TONIGHT. JUST tell them you need manager permission and HANG UP!

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
