 231 came down around 10pm saying that she was wanting to check out because she found bugs in her room. I apologized and offered to move her room but she declined and just insisted on checking out. She was a Priceline reservation so I explained to her that I couldn't do any kind of refund but she could contact Brennon and she what he could do for her. I had James go up to the room and look around. He said that he said that he didn't see any bugs of any kind. She said they were like small roaches. I totally believe that she is just trying to get a free night she was in the room for several hours before she said anything

426 Cleve Schwenk checked in last night but didn't know his rewards number so I looked it up for him. If he comes down please give him the paper that's on the back counter with his number

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
