 Robert Mays called stating he was charged as a no show on 4/13/24. He says that he called the reservation dept and cancelled the reservation. I didn't see any notes in the changes about canceling. He said that he already call corporate and filed an investigation. He would like a manager to call him. The investigation # is 10466199634 and his phone # is 541 390 0899

BRENNAN I had a guest 431 check out last night and tried to add 5 F&B vouchers from their wallet to the reservation but it wouldn't work. I called April and she said you could redeem them manually. Can you please take care of this for the guest

302 and 431 already checked out just check them out after audit

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
