 I had a reservation come in today that the agent name was Lucid Travel and didnt have any info that it was supposed to  be a virtual card. Taslima had authorized the card already but when I dropped the card down to add the incidental card the original virtual card that was authed no longer showed an auth amount. When I went to check the guest in the virtual card declined. I took the guest info and went ahead and gave her keys since we had an auth code on file. I looked up lucid travel and contacted them and they had hotels tonight call me with a new virtual card. So if you see a res with the travel agent field saying lucid travel that is a per paid res.

Moved 327 to 422 due to noise from 427

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
