202 - Kurig is not working

426 - Needs to extend. Guest stated that her company made her reservation for too few nights. She will have them call us to authorize CC on file for another night

John Short (Rms 319. 320; 321) came down for breakfast vouchers. Tia informed him that his reservation didn't include breakfast, Mr. Short said his stay last week included it and there must be as mistake. Since the new reservation was made at the FD and didn't include breakfast in error, Tia issued the vouchers.

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
