John / Tia Audit 4/13

  •  At approximately 11:45pm a woman came in and informed us that a vehicle in the back parking lot was "smoking." Tia and I investigated and there was a white moving truck, which had smoke coming out of it as well as the cab being full of smoke. Tia called 911 while I tried to determine who the vehicle belonged to. After the police arrived it was discovered that the truck, which was indeed on fire, was unlocked and we were able to determine that the vehicle belongs to Nicol Ludwig in Rm 407. Lobby notified the guest that the police wanted to speak with them. The cause of the fire is currently unknown though the police didn't rule out arson. The police will be contacting management tomorrow.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Alex B-shift 06/19/24

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
