PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE SHELVES BEFORE OPEN NEW PRODUCT

 I've noticed over the last few weeks when I've come back from my (Cynthia) days off that someone has opened a new soda case when there was older soda on the shelf to be used first. This is important for so we don't have items expiring on us. So please make sure to check all the shelves before opening new ones. If you cant kneel down to get them out of the cabinet and there isn't more in the storage then just ask the next shift to stock that one for you so were not mixing expiration dates up. I went ahead and numbered and stacked all soda that had multiple ones on top of each other. So coke is all reg coke and the zero is on the other end. If you have any questions let me know

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
