Tia Audit 4 / 11 / 24 ATTENTION BRENNON

 Someone by the name of Antoine Williams 404 - 403 - 6757 called this morning stating his Mastercard ending in 8023 was charged $218 yesterday 4 / 11 / 24. He stated he is in Atlanta where he resides he is unsure how his Mastercard was charged. He would like management to look into this as well as a refund.

I wasn't able to technically run audit because you cleared the past dates its stated that" Audit was ran 3 hours ago, would you like to change the date to 4 / 12 / 24 then run the audit" and pushed no. I was able to print the audit paperwork out but now I am unable check out the guest. At this time rooms : 208, 410, 313 and 326 are gone and has checked out of the hotel but it does not show in Opera. Room 422 would like a s/o for house keeping to clean and restock their room please.

    this has been corrected, managed to force the audit through.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
