 Room 410 wanted to add breakfast to his reservation.

Room 308 will come down in the morning when wakes up to sign his register card.

Room 301 will like to moved to TQNN room once one come available, she stated she made a reservation through Priceline and requested a TQNN put was given a king. I informed her that we were currently completely booked at this time.

Room 341 called to state their room was infested with bed bugs. They moved to room 306 and was given a roll out bed. I put the room out of order on Opera. 

Room 304 extended his stay for 5 more days.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
