April, A-Shift, 5/12/24

  •  Rm 306, checked out today, wants to know if they can get a credit for breakfast. Said they were not told that breakfast closed at 10am, thought they had until 11am when it was checkout. They were very upset about it.
  • Rm 202 was extremely upset about her whole stay. Apparently she was moved from 248 for issues with cleanliness in there, then in 202 the fridge never got cold, even after maint looked at it, then she found a hair tie left in the shower this morning. Lastly, she had a DND sign on her door, and at around 10:30-10:40, buggy came in, did not announce who they were, it was not 11am yet, so she felt she should just go, she was extremely upset by this point. Said this was sup[pose to be here mothers day gift, a night away from the kids to relax, and it was completely ruined.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Brennon 03/15/25 A shift

 Someone Ill come and pick up a pillow that was left in room 311. The guest said it will most likely be his friend. it is in the storage closet.  All rise volleyball reservations comes with breakfast vouchers. they also have a meeting in the steakhouse from 4pm-7pm  Branden will be back to pick up his headphones at 4pm it is on the back shelf
