251 came down after I checked them in and said they saw a bed bug. I apologized and offered to move them room but they didn't want to stay. It was an expedia res so I advised the guest to call them. They called me and I waived the fees and refunded the virtual card and canceled the reservation. I put the room out of service. James said he couldn't find anything so just freshen the room and it should be good
231 found a dirty cleaning cloth in the bath tub wasn't very happy
304 didn't have a remote in it so I had James take the one from 251 and put it in 304 so 251 will need one
250 came down and showed me a picture of a bag over the smoke detector. I apologized and moved him rooms. Had James go up and remove the bag room was good to go after that. Isn't this something housekeeping is supposed to check???
309 is a B2B res same card on file so just check them out and back in I already made the keys for both nights
