 348 is requesting a full service cleaning. vacuuming, everything. Monday morning, anytime in the morning.

328 has a pet, it wasn't mentioned and i couldn't move them into a different room

Chavez has two rooms, they want to be moved to adjoining rooms tomorrow. room 423 and 425 will be available tomorrow. they prefer if the room was ready by noon. they want a back to back stayovers.

305 was having a lot of issues with their room, Blinds didn't come down, tv wasn't working right. they want to speak to a manager.

room 426 is out of order because the sink is messed up and it needs to be fixed

206 requesting stayover service tomorrow, out by 10am

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
