 BUSY!!! 

329 is out of order guest said she saw bed bugs in rooms she sent pictures to expedia and they insisted i comp here me and Bryan went up after the fact and didnt see anything. I told her to send the pics to me at fom email and haven't received them. Have her check out, she ended up moving rooms ill handle billing.

Zimmerman is checking in tomorrow morning. he will checkout at 2pm platinum member.

room 321 hasn't came in tonight he will be in in the morning i told him we will check him in tonight and have a key ready tomorrow for him

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
