Ronald Raygoza Rm 237 is check in however they are not inhouse they are in the emergency room from a car crash her daughter is paying for the room however we put her card down for inc. Any problems call the number on file it is the daughters. - He put his cc down.  AJ

Holiday inn Scamming calling caller id name coming up as HOLIDAY INN they want in our system for a refresh DO NOT LET THEM IN. SAY YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED AND HANG UP. We have no scheduled updates or refreshes.

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
