The guest in 247 came in and said that she accidently backed into a car in the parking lot. I couldn't locate the room that the car belonged. I did get 247 info if any asked. Her name is Esmerabla Millian and her phone number is 541 290 8470

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
