The guest in 207 Beth thought she might of left her air pods on the tv in the room but housekeeping didn't find anything in the room if she call back

417 tried to redeem 2 $20 dollar Food and Beverage vouchers but they wouldn't go through. She will be by the desk in the morning to make sure they get redeemed

Wally Little stayed 6/14 to 6/16 believes he left his reading glasses in the room. Can someone please have housekeeping check and if found call him at 775 738 9879

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
