John - Audit - 06/10/24

  •  Alma Perez had three rooms reserved for 06/10 but didn't show until around 0600 6/11. Reservations were marked as no-shows. I called April and she advised me to get them into their rooms and she would instruct me on how to reinstate the reservations and check them into the system when she relieves me at 0700. The other 2 reservations are under Delia Perez and Bulmaro Perez. They were all booked at once via Expedia.com.
  • Filled snacks to the best of my ability, but we appear to be out of Milk and Smart Water in the storage closet.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Alex B-shift 06/19/24

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
