John - Audit - 6/12/24

 321 (Sherman) and 229 (Zimmerman) - Per Brennon both of these guests will be arriving in the morning (6/13). Both have been checked into Opera and keycards have been made and are at the front desk. Additionally, 229 is checking out at 2pm.

447 - Arrived around 0300. Let them know they have the same room for all 3 nights & let them know April would be here in the morning if they had any questions.

419 - Marked as "Due Out" but was still checked into Opera when I ran the Room Summery at the beginning of my shift. Since Housekeeping had the room marked "Inspected," I checked them out of Opera before I ran the Audit.

440 - Requested a 1200 check-Out.

414 - Asked if he could "be placed on a list to extend" until July 11th. I told him I'd pass the request to management.// He's been extended. Why didn't you just to it when they requested. It doesn't have to been done by a manager

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
