Tia Audit 6 / 01 / 24

 I had to call 911 for a guest in room 210. He and his guest took 750 mg of edibles and he vomited all over the room then passed out. Before passing out and after throwing up he complained of chest pains and his guest stated he just "passed out" and she was worried about his well being and asked if I could call for help. The EMT is still on the property at this time. They requested towels and the lobby staff took some up however they refused to open the door after the EMT left. The towels remain outside of the room.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
