 DHS had to make an emergency drop off they stated they have an account with IHG I put the room under "DB". The supervisor Todd Kwapsi stated a card should be on file but also provided a VS card that I couldn't get to go through. I will give oncoming staff the information. guest is in room 324.

Guest in room 312 stated he called earlier yesterday afternoon and made a reservation for 6 / 15 / 24 with a mall staff requesting 2 TQNN beds. However the res was made for today and I informed him of that and stated we only had king beds at the moment. He became upset and wants management to reach out to him. I switched him into a king room and Lobby was later able too locate a rollaway bed.

336 would like to know if he could get a prorate for checking out early . Will be leaving tonight at 7 pm, would like management to call him before then.

202 stated he can not his chair upright it's stuck in recline mood would like someone to look at it today.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
