 Guest in rm 212 Matthew Joner Ph. 360 - 213 - 4114 had his car window smashed / broken last night. Unfortunately he has a work deadline and is unable to stay to wait for the police. He is making a police report via phone and would like management to contact him to view the camera with police authorities  if or when they show up. He would also like management to contact him with the outcome so he can contact his insurance. matt@jkconstruction.net

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
