 Demetrio Lang is given a different room.. checked in by CLC #305 and has been given #349.Have someone doublecheck with CLC.

231: 4sets of towels, new sheets for bed double queen. take out trash.

housekeeping. you keep skipping room 231. it hasn't been cleaned at all for four days. do something about it

440, stayover service. out at 10am, back around 3pm

Penski Truck, yellow, guest is handicap but missing their tag.

407: more coffee, cups, and stuff

307, 5 big towels, 2 wash clothes, and trash

417, 6:30am wake up call

340: 4 towels and a blanket, queen

David Elgas was checked in, he will be arriving tomorrow for a funeral

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
