Loren Ebner wants to cash in his 20 dollar voucher for meals. I need to get this taken care of when management comes in. call them at 406-5528994

337 wants a roll away bed

322 checked out a day early. the room will be on change over

I called Shane Palmer to cancel because we were oversold on KNGN rooms but it turns out they didn't make the reservation so be forewarned about anyone trying to check in under that name

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
