The guest in 329 Olson came in with his wife and they watched a food delivery driver cause a hit and run accident. They were able to get pictures of the person and his car. I wasn't able to find the Toyota that was hit 

The guest Tim Mezen tried to check in and said that his company was paying for it. I informed him that I would need to see the card or have a credit card auth form on file to be able to charge that card. He refused to put a card down and said he would sleep in his truck. He also stated that he clerk from last week didn't ask for the card or form. Remember guys we must have the auth form or see the card to verify the identity of the card holder.

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
