 *Saturday CLC checkouts, I got one to check out on the clc website, the others it wouldn't give me the correct check out date, it only went to the 19th. I couldn't type it in or anything. Also, Larry Lane, Rm 248 was not in the in house clc list, so I could not check him out on Saturday either.


*Miyache Ashworth, Diamond member #193561843, needs banned from property on IHG, conf#82081854. Was cancelled Sat night, removed by police, and trespassed. Police report #24-62301

*Alonzo 503-991-0643, Aug 17th only, Centro de Adoradores Church, needs tqnn, and Spanish speaker.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
