{Miyache Asheworthe} - So I had to contact the police due to a couple of "traveling nurses" that I was very courteous and polite to upon checking in. I needed to restart the computer so I gave them a card to their room as they had left 2 separate cc cards to put down for their room. After trying several times to run their cards both were declined. I tried to reach out for another form of payment and was laughed at. I called security, then called SPD. Who removed them from the room. I also contacted April before doing so. I did everything in my power to accommodate them, they stated they spoke to Alex about splitting their bill. I tried splitting the bills in halve it didn't work, so I tried to just bill them for 1 night and their card still declined. They just didn't have enough funds. Please feel free to contact the security he can attest to everything.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
