 Guest in room 446 Susan Haas is upset about her bill. Stated she was under the impression that her stay would be consistent with the amount she agreed to pay for the first night stay however there was a  price difference per day throughout her stay. She would like to speak to management however she will be flying for the duration of the day. Please call her at 802 - 355 - 2200 or email her at the email we have on file and she will reach back out to you.

Guest in room 402 is concerned about a "No Show" refund. They arrived at 3:30am after my audit. I did not charge a no show charge but reinstated the room. However the card she had on file failed and did not go through. She's worried about getting charged twice, due to her card on file failed. She did use another form of payment and that went through.

Guest in room 439 was loud all night and "DRUNK" I almost had to kick the party out of the hotel. There's 3 males - 2 older &  1 younger. And a female (she was the aggressor). She was upset because I couldn't grant them access into the pool. They came down with plenty of bottles of beer and was clearly overly intoxicated. The guys were able to calm the female down as she wanted to get into a confrontation with me. I let her know I'd call security and have her removed from the property. They remained loud until 4 :30ish am.  IF this occurs tonight I will not hesitate to have them removed.

Lately I have been getting disturbing phone calls from males 2 nights in a row several times throughout the night saying disgusting things. Unfortunately tonight I had words with one as they accidently called with their number instead of a blocked call. And was no longer bothered throughout the night again.
