the wrong cc was placed on room 223 and I called the guest down to put their actual card on file. They didn't have it with them and refused to provide one because "they didn't want to be charged twice." and I tried explaining to them that that won't happen but they refused to be reasonable and demanded to speak with a manager. Brennan I need you to call them and get their cc info but be warned they are rude and ignorant.

UPDATE: Crystal Lee Cruz Garza is DNR (Do Not Rent). She has refused to pay for her room and was rude and nasty to everyone involved. She is no longer welcomed in this hotel and you are to ignore any and all requests from her

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
