* #409 requested for an extra night in the same room .I've updated the dates on the booking. He will be down tomorrow morning to confirm the same.
*Guest in # 219 Sanchez/Lluliana requested to change the room. They initially had a pet so were given that room but they said that their pet is non allergic whereas they have gotten an allergic reaction could be due to the pet staying earlier. They have left their pet at a friends place and so moved them to # 305. They got back down again saying that the room has a very bad smell and to be given another room. I have kept # 305 on dirty status and can be checked tomorrow. So gave them #307. They are checking out tomorrow.
*# 225 Stern/Mark guest moved to # 226 as Brian informed there is leakage from the washroom and immediate plumbing work has to be done. Have kept the room out of order for maintenance work till the 08/27/24 as per Brian (Maintenance).
*#232 guest checked in and came down complaining that the sofa is all stained and dirty. She asked to change the room but then agreed for a roll away bed. Please ask HK to clean the sofa on check out tomorrow.
*Guest checked in # 414- El Fajri /Amine was a Canary guest and the charges for R/T had to be taken from the CC mentioned on the Canary website, guest had to only pay for inc.. however on the booking it was put in as 9 where the entire amount would be taken. Tried getting the number from the website as instructed by April, however when manually adding the CC, system was freezing and had to re log in. So checked the guest as Cash and only charged card for inc. @Brennon pls update the CC on his account from the Canary website for R/T charges .
*The Hotshot Hood cleaning guys would be coming tonight to clean the kitchen vents and have asked the back entrance to be opened up. Advised to call the front desk when they come to have it opened.
