*# 348 was a new reservation. The system did not allow me to complete the reservation with company as Leisure so I had to put him as a Club member to complete the reservation. Fixed, AJ
*#436 was given as a pet room as they had a pet and there was no pet room available to change their room number. OK, AJ
*# Mr. Mowry came in with 2 big boxes and a bag. He said he had spoken to Alex this morning to keep the bag and boxes in the back office. The booking he has is for 08/20/2024 for 2 nights and is under the name of Silverman/Joe. Mr. Silverman did come along and confirmed that Mr. Mowry is accompanying him on 08/20/2024. The bag and the boxes are kept in the back office and he wants the same to be added in his booking. I've confirmed that the supervisor would add the details in the morning.
*#337 guest was upset as the pool was shut down at 8pm for maintenance. She booked thru IHG and was told that the pool is open till 10pm. She was asking for breakfast coupon to be given as compensation. I explained her that it was a sudden maintenance issue and we had to shut down the pool. She said will speak to the manager in the morning. Taken care of, AJ
