* Pls check the billing for # 450... Comments had CC for inc./ RT MC 4777. When changed to CP to charge inc , it shows USD100 taken from the card swiped by the guest and nothing on the second line.--Fixed AJ

* # 445 has requested for stay over service for all the days they are checked in. They are checking out on 08/19/24.

* @April # 438 card declined when swiped for inc, when asked her to swipe the card again for inc.   the virtual card got  erased and a charge of USD 97 was taken from her debit card ending 7911. We would need to get the virtual card from Priceline and charge the amt to the virtual card. I've asked her to meet you on check out.---Fixed AJ

*One of the guests has handed over a black jacket which he found dropped outside near the main entrance to the hotel. Its kept in the back office.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
