 * # 241 requested for late checkout at 12 noon.

* # 232 guest checked in this afternoon and she first called at 19:00 complaining about the blood stain on the sheets and wanted sheets to be changed. Steven handed over the sheets to her but she came down at 20:00 and had pictures on her phone with blood stains on the carpet too and was really upset as she had her elderly mother with her and asked for a checkout and refund. I apologized and tried to convince her that Ill move her into another room. But she didn't want to stay. As for refund asked her to speak to Brennon tomorrow morning. She has taken down the name of the manager as well as my name. She would like to be contacted on her email jmbusselen@gmail.com. Steven did have a look at the room after they left and confirmed that the carpet and sheets are stained. I've left the room as checked in status. 

* We had to call Elite Security patrol at 21:20 as there was a suspicious person with a white shirt standing on the east side parking lot. The patrol security came in and escorted the person out of the parking lot. They took a picture of him and informed that if he is seen again to call them.

* #245 requires a full stay over service tomorrow morning.
